The QED2 self-supporting switchboard is a low-voltage electrical distribution solution. It is designed for commercial, industrial, and hospital applications, offering robustness, flexibility, and ease of maintenance.
Main Features
Current Capacity: Available in capacities up to 5,000 A (amps) in standard configurations and up to 6,000 A in modular configurations.
Operating Voltage: The nominal voltage is 600 V AC (alternating current), although it is approved for operation at 480 V in Mexico.
Short-Circuit Protection: The structure and circuit breakers withstand up to 150 kA (kiloamps) of short-circuit current.
Circuit Breaker Flexibility: Supports PowerPact molded-case circuit breakers (R, P, and M frames) and MasterPact power circuit breakers (NW and MTZ), for both individual and group mounting.
